Direct Admission in SRM University
Looking for direct admission in SRM Institute of Science and Technology under management quota?
SRM offers a limited number of seats in various undergraduate engineering programs through its management quota for students who meet the eligibility criteria but may not have cleared the entrance exam. This is a great opportunity for students aspiring to study at one of India’s top private universities. With world-class infrastructure, industry-aligned curriculum, and excellent placement records, SRM ensures quality education and a promising future. Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, and early application is recommended due to high demand.
Eligibility Criteria for Direct Admission in SRMIST:
Age Requirement: Candidate must be above 16 years of age.
Minimum Marks in 12th: Must have at least 50% marks in the Class 12 final examination.
For Specific B.Tech Courses (Genetic, Biomedical, Biotechnology):
Must secure minimum 50% aggregate in either PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Math) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
Entrance Exam Consideration:
Admission may also be based on the rank obtained in SRM B.Tech entrance exam (SRMJEEE).
Final Selection Criteria:
Based on a combination of entrance exam rank (if applicable) and 12th-grade performance.
Seats under management quota are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
